Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- Provide the email address associated with your account and your Invoice ID.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day window has expired.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- If the plan has already reached the end of its duration (e.g., a 1-month plan that has finished).
How to Request a Refund

Subscription Cancellation
Since FastBilling operates on a prepaid, non-recurring model, you do not need to cancel to avoid future charges. Your access will simply expire at the end of your prepaid term. If you wish to stop using the platform immediately, you can request account deactivation through our support team.
